Liaison Officer / Bookkeeper

Location: Tagaytay City

Salary: ₱15,000 – ₱18,000

We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Liaison Officer / Bookkeeper to join our team in Tagaytay City. This role involves handling day-to-day bookkeeping, assisting with BIR and government requirements, and coordinating with agencies for permits and renewals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare financial documents for monthly BIR reporting
• Process filing and payment of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Assist in processing business permits and renewals
• Prepare invoices and other related financial documents
• Perform liaison tasks with government agencies and external partners

Qualifications:

• With bookkeeping experience
• Knowledgeable in BIR compliance and government contributions
• Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy
• With good interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferably residing in Tagaytay City or nearby areas
