responsible for the direct supervision/coordination with employees assigned to the Company’s various clients.
monitoring attendance and timekeeping, determine and address, if possible and within limitations, concerns of employees that may affect their daily performance of their job.
requires the employee to have a knowledge in the operation of the client and direct assigned employees of their tasks and make adjustments/ re-assignments of duties in coordination with the client.
The employee shall likewise assist the Recruitment unit in sourcing possible candidates, conduct pre-employment processes and orientation of successful applicants.
The employee shall also be responsible for selected bank transactions, dealing with government agencies in report submission/ inquiries/ coordination.
Your primary goal is to be the Company’s initial representative to our assigned employees, our clients, government agencies and partners, treating each one as customers.

At least College Level
At least 2- years Experience as Coordinator for Clients/ Liaison with Government Agencies
Preferably with BOSH Certificate Holder
Preferably have motorcycle and holder of a Valid Driver's License
