Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for coordinating with external lawyers to handle financial services and license applications;

2. Participate in the company's compliance work, including but not limited to the establishment of compliance systems and processes, and key special compliance activities;

3. Provide legal consultation and assistance related to legal matters for various business departments, including but not limited to legal training and investment financing;

Job Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above in law or a related field, with more than 2 years of work experience; must possess a legal practice qualification (regardless of jurisdiction), English can be used as a working language; preference will be given to those with overseas study or work experience;

2. Familiarity with foreign laws and regulations, as well as regulatory requirements; understanding of compliance requirements in high-risk areas overseas; grasp of basic knowledge of enterprise risk management;

3. Ability to dynamically track and search foreign laws and regulations and enforcement cases; capacity for accurate interpretation of legal policies; legal dispute management skills;

4. Strong communication and coordination skills, ability to express thoughts clearly in writing, and logical thinking abilities; adherence to laws and regulations, with good personal cultivation and professional ethics;

5. Relevant working experience in the financial services, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry;

6. Experience in handling complex and variable legal affairs in a fast-paced and rigorous environment is preferred.

7. Strong awareness of confidentiality, proactive work attitude, and team spirit.
