- Assist legal team with document preparation and case management.
- Conduct research on legal matters and maintain case files.
- Support the collections department by tracking overdue accounts.
- Prepare reports and correspondence related to collections.
- Communicate with clients regarding payments and legal issues.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Assist in preparing legal documents, manage case files, and support collections processes.
- Working Conditions:Office environment with standard working hours; may require overtime during peak periods.
