Job Summary:
We are seeking a Leasing & Marketing Officer to manage leasing activities, ensureing balanced tenant mix, and maintaining good relationships with prospective and exisiting tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Look for and source potential tenants
- Handle leasing negotationsand coordination
- Ensure a good mix of tenants
- Implement marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain and retain relationships with exisitng tenants
