- Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall or Building terms
- Scouting for prospective space for lease
- Review and analyze the Lease proposals
- Negotiate the offered rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demand
- Achieve lessee satisfaction within the limits and conditions provided by the mall management and other related requirements and policies
- Monitoring and arrangements of Lease Space for Renewal and Non-Renewal
- Arrangement and filing of lease of Contracts.
- Preferably with Bachelor’s Degree
- 20 to 40 years old
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Can do multitask
