Training and Development Specialist designs, delivers, and manages training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assess programs, evaluating efficacy and impact on employee performance.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS

• Identify training gaps and development needs within an organization. 
• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses, using various instructional design methodologies. 
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually. 
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics. 
• Work with various departments and subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational goals. 
• Planning and implementing follow-up “refresher courses” on key topics.

1. Bachelors’ Graduate in Education, Human Resource and other related field.
2. 3 Years’ experience in the same field
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Good time management skills.
