Description
- As the Training Manager at National Teachers College, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the professional development of our talented employees. This full-time position in Manila City, Metro Manila is responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that empower our educators to enhance their teaching skills and stay at the forefront of best practices in the industry.
- What you'll be doing
- Assess training needs and develop customised learning solutions to address the skill gaps within our staff
- Design and deliver engaging training workshops, seminars and e-learning modules on a variety of methodologies and subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with the college's strategic objectives and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to optimise learning outcomes
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth of individuals
- Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in education, training and development, and incorporate them into our curriculum
Requirements
- What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
- Strong background in instructional design, facilitation and adult learning principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proficient in learning management systems and other educational technology tools
- Collaborative mindset and a passion for supporting the professional growth of educators
