Key Functions

  • Initial presentation, Data Gathering from Leads (Prospect) personal information, campaign/source of information, Seller Assignment, Lead nurturing and Prospect Status Monitoring.


DUTY STATEMENTS

  • Assures quality assurance standards, good customer service, clean and accurate data.
  • Be able to follow the set standards on processing inquiries (Key functions stated) and assures that no unprocessed leads within 24 hours.
  • Inquiries qualified as Prospect must have: Interest, Contactable Number, Email Information and agrees to get assisted by our property representative (handling seller).
  • To generate feedback from the prospect by sending a follow-up letter if the initial inquiry has been satisfied (LMC agent + Handling seller). If not, notifies and follow up the handling seller to attend to the inquiry.
  • Monitors the status of the prospect by getting updates from the handling sellers.
  • Assures that data gathering is correct at all times, maintain no dirty data policy.
  • Submission of reports on time.
  • Observe good customer service and customer satisfaction
