Description
- Lead the design and development of software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Software Development and Solutions Architecture, with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Working Conditions: Mainly office-based, with opportunities for remote work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, strong people management abilities, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
