3. Use multimedia resources to create an interactive, engaging online learning environment, fostering students’ interest in English.
4. Regularly evaluate learning outcomes, provide detailed feedback to students and parents, and adjust teaching strategies as needed.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Education, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.
2. 1–2 years of ESL teaching experience.
3. Proficient in English (native speaker or C1/C2 level) with clear pronunciation and fluent communication skills.
4. Familiarity with online teaching platforms (e.g., ClassIn) and the ability to design interactive teaching activities.
5. Patient, responsible, passionate about education, and adept at cross-cultural communication.
