Description
- Conduct land surveys and analyze the land's features.
- Utilize specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations.
- Prepare survey reports and maps for legal and construction purposes.
- Collaborate with engineers and architects on project developments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in surveying.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, CAD software, RTK, Total Station, and surveying techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct surveys, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in measurements.
- Working Conditions: Fieldwork in various weather conditions and office work for data analysis.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication.
