Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and workspace.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline operations.
- Stock and organize inventory as needed.
- Provide excellent service and support to chefs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, and stewarding. Strong customer-oriented mindset and discretion.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare food items, maintain cleanliness, assist in service, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, may involve heavy lifting and long hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, teamwork-oriented.
