Description
- Assist in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow food safety guidelines and regulations.
- Support team members during peak hours.
- Handle dishwashing and recycling duties.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Participate in training and development sessions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking skills, kitchen hygiene practices, and heavy lifting; strong attention to detail, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to self-start.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare ingredients, assist in cooking, maintain kitchen hygiene, and serve customers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment requiring physical endurance and teamwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, reliability, and adaptability.
