As a Crew Member at Sandoicchi, you’ll be part of the founding team bringing our Japanese sandwich concept to life. Your role involves preparing sandwiches, handling customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare made-to-order Japanese-style sandwiches
• Follow food hygiene and safety standards
• Manage customer orders and handle basic cashier duties (POS system)
• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable
• Assist in receiving and organizing inventory
• Work as a team to ensure efficient service

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly and responsible attitude
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a strong advantage
• F&B experience is a bonus but not required
