Description
- Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Help with inventory management and stocking supplies
- Follow instructions and assist in menu planning
Requirements
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, knowledge of stewarding practices, and excellent kitchen hygiene.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, and potential exposure to heat.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, reliable, adaptable, and possesses a strong work ethic.
