【Korean Customer Service】

• Responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing online customer support, and addressing issues related to exchange operations, account management, and trading processes.
• Communicate with customers in Korean to ensure accurate information delivery and efficient resolution.
• Responsible for collecting customer feedback and suggestions, collaborating with the team to improve service processes and user experience.
• Able to cope with high work pressure, provide services according to the scheduled shifts, and accept a rotating three-shift work arrangement (morning, afternoon, evening).
• Regularly participate in training to continuously improve business knowledge and customer service skills.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in language, finance, or related fields.
• Must possess fluent reading and writing skills in Korean, able to communicate seamlessly with Korean clients.
• Good Chinese expression skills, capable of accurately understanding and conveying work content.
• More than 1 year of customer service or related work experience; experience in finance or cryptocurrency exchanges is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit, able to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Proficient in using computers and office software, with some knowledge of the internet.
