• Assist the Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor in bookkeeping, processing suppliers’ payments, issuing invoice or receipts, account reconciliations and other accounting functions within the assigned accounts or clients.
• Assist in tax compliance, SEC compliance and local government compliances
• Help in preparation of documents for the special projects and registration renewals
• Act as reliever in the absence of the other Accountants
• Attend tax and SEC seminars to update with the tax rulings, if necessary
• Must handle small accounts after the required trainings
• Any other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time

Location: Makati 

Onsite Work ( Monday to Friday) 

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• CPA license is an advantage but not required
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting, with expertise in General Accounting, Philippine Taxation, and Bookkeeping
• Proficient in Xero, QuickBooks Online, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Highly adaptable, willing to learn, and open to new challenges
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
