- Record daily financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and supporting documentation.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely payments and collections.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and other financial documents accurately.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Maintain organized and complete financial filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
