- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor and report on financial transactions
- Knowledge in MYOB accounting system is an advantage
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in an accounting role
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in financial management, reconciliations, billing, purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, general ledger accounting, and bookkeeping
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard working hours
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, team player
