Job Description
- Assist the Store Manager in delivering excellent service to ensure high customer satisfaction in the branch/store of the Dela Rosa Group of Companies where he/she will be assigned.
- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring compliance with the company’s item audit, financial, discount, and other policies.
- Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service.
- Operating cash registers, and managing and balancing financial transactions.
- Directing customers to merchandise within the store and describing the items to the customer.
- Must be efficient at cross- and up-selling products.
- Must have superior product knowledge.
- Must maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor.
- Introducing promotions and opportunities to customers.
- Follow up with customers after a sales call, email, meeting, or event to strengthen relationships, respond to questions, or conduct a business process.
- With complete mandated requirements
- With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant working experience
- At least college-level
- Good communication skills
