- Engage customers and provide exceptional service in a retail jewellery environment.
- Ensure product knowledge on gemstones, metals, and trends.
- Assisting customers, managing inventory, and achieving sales targets.
- Assist in completing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized display of jewellery.
- Build lasting relationships to encourage customer loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Senior High School diploma or college level.
- Experience Level: 6months of experience in sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong sales management skills, excellent communication, and customer service abilities.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, persuasive, attentive to detail, and passionate about jeweler.
