1. Proficient in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis, Nacos/Apollo, Dubbo, and other microservices and distributed frameworks;

2. Skilled in using middleware and databases such as Redis, Memcache, MySQL, and RocketMQ;

3. Experience in database design and practical experience in project UML analysis;

4. Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, resilience, problem-solving skills, a positive mindset, and a proactive attitude;

5. Preference will be given to candidates proficient in Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux;

6. Experience working in an exchange is a plus; fluency in English is an added advantage.
