Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the design, development, and optimization of core modules for the financial market data system, supporting high-throughput, low-latency processing of real-time market data. 2. Implement high-performance network communication services using Netty to ensure efficient reception and distribution of market data. 3. Design and optimize storage (Redis) and database (MySQL/HBase) architectures to enhance system responsiveness and disaster recovery capabilities. 4. Perform performance tuning for system bottlenecks, including JVM, SQL, threading models, and network I/O. Requirements: 1. Strong familiarity with network server design and development on Linux, including network programming, Netty and other networking frameworks, and common network protocols. 2. Proficient in Java, with solid understanding of JVM internals, multithreading, and performance optimization; hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot/Spring Cloud), MyBatis, and related frameworks. 3. Extensive experience in Netty-based network programming and network communication service development; deep understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack. 4. Familiar with common NoSQL technologies (e.g., Redis) and well-versed in standard data structures and algorithms. 5. Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork and communication skills, robust logical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points: 1. Experience developing stock trading software modules such as market calculations, K-line and intraday charts, chip distribution peaks, sector analysis, and capital flow. 2. Experience building high-throughput systems (e.g., financial market data, real-time monitoring, ad bidding); familiar with stream processing frameworks (Flink/Spark Streaming/Kafka) or messaging middleware (Kafka/Pulsar). 3. Proficient in the Hadoop/HBase ecosystem, with expertise in large-scale data storage and query optimization.
