Our client, a MNC F&B chain seeks to hire a IT Support Executive to be based in CBD Singapore.
Standard Procedure Execution: Perform data and process configurations in strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
IT Support Services: Provide technical assistance for troubleshooting various IT issues including email systems, user account management, printer/scanner operations, mobile device support, application installations, and related IT support tasks.
System Maintenance: Implement routine preventive maintenance measures and manage software deployments across corporate devices.
User Training & Documentation: Conduct user training sessions and maintain comprehensive IT documentation.
Enterprise Software Analysis: Research and evaluate enterprise software ecosystems across Southeast Asian (SEA) markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science Specialisation preferred
