Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- With at least 6 months of relevant work experience as an IT/MIS
- Knowledgeable in Computer systems, computer networks, and IT troubleshooting
- Can provide technical support and solve problems
- Effective decision making
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring system performance and software components
- Managing Software installation
- Maintaining working knowledge of technical problems, software issues, and computer science
- Updating computer systems and networks
- Oversee software development
