Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user problems via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist in setting up and configuring IT equipment.
- Document and track support requests in a ticketing system.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with users.
- Stay updated on IT trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Diploma in Information Technology or a related field is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in IT Technical Support or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teaching skills, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, educate users, and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with potential remote work options.
- Qualities and Traits: Patient, detail-oriented, and a team player with a proactive approach.
