Description

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems and applications.
  • Document problems and solutions in a ticketing system.
  • Train users on new software and hardware products.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cloud services including AWS, Azure, and GCP; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical assistance, resolve issues, and maintain systems related to cloud services.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with remote support options; may require on-call availability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
