Description

Provide support in installing, configuring, tuning, troubleshooting and updating of Network, Voice, & Helpdesk System Infrastructure. They make sure the availability of the needed resources from the servers, voice, and network being maintained.

  • Performs installation, maintenance and support of network, voice and systems infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoots assigned systems and network problem in a timely fashion.
  • Help users in resolving network, internet and email problems and/or concerns.
  • Provides documentation and/or checklist as required in support of IT services.
  • Provides assistance and coordination to third-party service providers and suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • College Degree-BS ECE, BS CoE, BSCS, MSIT, BSIT
  • Knowledgeable on the following:

Network and PC Maintenance

Systems and Network Administration

Disaster Recovery Planning and Implementation

VOIP

Ticketing System

Other Skills:

  • Customer Relations-Helpdesk support
  • Interpersonal-Work in a team environment
  • English grammar oral and written skills
