Description
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in IT systems integration, network administration or IT support.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud-based applications, and data management.
- Knowledge of system integration, including connecting external and internal software solutions.
- Experience in setting up and managing company emails, ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
- Understanding of data backup procedures and server maintenance
- Familiarity with IT security protocols and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Serve as the first line of support for system concerns and technical difficulties.
- Experience in coordinating with IT vendors for hardware and software requirements
- Work with different departments to identify IT needs and implement system improvements
- Experience in IT project management is a plus
- Strong coordination skills to liaise with IT vendors and internal teams

- Ability to translate technical issues into user-friendly language for non-technical employees.
- Strong documentation skills for tracking IT procedures, issues and solution.
- Knowledge of network configurations, troubleshooting, and system monitoring
- Experience ensuring smooth operation of computers, networks, and company-wide IT systems.

- 23 years old to 32 years old
- Can multi-task
- Can stand on a one-man department
- Willing to report for 2 offices (Cubao and Gilmore office)
