Job Description: Responsibilities - Lead equity financing for new projects with a focus on US dollar funds - Prepare and enhance fundraising materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and data rooms - Manage the full-cycle financing pipeline and investor communications - Engage with top-tier US dollar funds and leading global crypto venture capital firms - Collaborate with internal token experts to rapidly master crypto financing structures (token-specific experience not required) Requirements - 3–5 years of experience at top US dollar funds, investment banks, or strategy consulting firms - Deep understanding of US dollar fund investment logic - Fluent in English and Chinese (near-native level) with outstanding investor communication skills - Strong learning agility, able to master crypto financing concepts within months - Highly responsible, humble, pragmatic, and results-driven Preferred Qualifications - Experience in fintech, crypto assets, artificial intelligence, or cross-border investments - Established network within US dollar funds or crypto venture capital firms - Experience supporting early-stage projects or incubation programs
