• Conduct daily monitoring of inventory to ensure the sufficiency and availability of all stocks required for operations.
• Perform weekly physical inventory of all materials and products in collaboration with the driver and other warehouse staff to verify stock levels and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Prepare and submit accurate stock count reports to the Head Office within the prescribed deadline (every Monday morning).
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of inventory records to ensure that stock levels in the system  match the actual physical inventory.
• Ensure proper implementation of the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory system 
• Monitor and track the expiry dates of all products in the warehouse or storage area to prevent the sale or distribution of expired items. 
• Prepare and compile a monthly report of all products nearing or past their expiration dates. 
• Prepare and organize product replenishments based on the delivery receipts of the  Center Operators and Branches 
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all product activities including receipts, stock movements, replenishments and dispatches. 
• Prepare reimbursement reports for delivery related expenses and petty cash disbursements in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Ensure that all utility bills, including electricity, rent and PLDT (telecommunication bills) are submitted promptly to the designated supervisor or reporting head.
• Ensure that all documents received or sent are properly filed and organized in a systematic manner.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of permits required for deliveries, shipments and  warehouse operations. 
• Preparation and execution of product replenishment.  deliveries to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and confirm receipt ensuring a positive customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Logistics, supply chain management or Operations Management

2. Previous experience in a warehouse operations, inventory control or logistics atleast 1-2 years.

3. Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory systems. 

4. Good communication and teamwork skills. 

5. Must possess a valid driver's license with the clean driving record. 

6. Understanding of delivery and replenishment procedures, stock rotation (FIFO) and warehouse safety protocols. 

7. Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word, MSTeams,)
