Main Responsibilities:

1. Fabrication of Wooden Interior Structures - Fabricate wooden structural components for automotive interiors according to design drawings or templates, including dashboards, door panels, center armrests, floors, rear cabin trim and storage compartments.
2. Wood Veneer Processing and Applying - Responsible for cutting, shaping, splicing, sanding and applying materials such as wood grain panels, solid wood, MDF and plywood. Familiar with wood veneer application processes (cold pressing, hot pressing or hand veneer).
3. Installation and Adjustment of Wooden Components - During the vehicle assembly stage, responsible for the precise installation, fixing and adjustment of wooden interior components, ensuring flatness, firmness and consistent seams.
4. Surface Treatment and Repair - Sanding, edge banding and polishing wooden components; assisting with painting or varnishing; repairing scratches, cracks and other surface defects.
5. Collaboration and Technological Improvement - Collaborate with design, leather upholstery, painting and electrical work to continuously optimize wood working processes and improve assembly precision and efficiency.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive interior wood working, furniture wood working or decorative wood working.
• Familiar with wood processing, veneer, sanding and assembly processes.
• Able to read design drawings or interior structural diagrams and possess basic measurement skills.
• Proficient in using wood working machinery (table saw, band saw, sander, edge trimmer, hot press etc.)
• Strong hands-on skills, meticulous work ethic, strong sense of responsibility and a pursuit of aesthetic appeal and precision.
• Able to work collaboratively with the team to complete vehicle customization and modification projects; able to work overtime or on-site installation tasks.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-end automotive interiors, yacht or private jet interiors is preferred.
• Experience in wood veneer bonding, pre-painting processing, or structural template fabrication is preferred. Those who can understand the design concept and offer suggestions for process improvement will be given priority.
