QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Minimum of two (2) years hands-on experience managing digital marketing platforms such as social media pages, websites, and e-commerce site optimization.
  • Solid working knowledge of social media marketing, website analytics tools, and best practices for ecommerce, SEO, and SEM. Experience with front-end design is an advantage.
  • Proven experience with Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and major e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify.
  • In-depth understanding of TikTok Seller Center operations, TikTok Marketing Affiliates management, and TikTok Live management, with familiarity in OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) or similar streaming tools preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting the planning, coordination, and management of sponsorships and collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), marketing agencies, and other external partners.
  • Understanding of traditional marketing channels, including trade events, radio advertising, and offline brand promotions.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with strong abilities in time management and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Creative skills in photo and video editing are required, with familiarity in software such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Canva preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

DIGITAL MARKETING:

  • Assist in managing and executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness across all Pertua's digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the official website.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team, including product management, graphics, and sales, to plan, create, and manage engaging content (both static and video) tailored for each social media platform and the website, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Execute ad boosting campaigns on Facebook and TikTok, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and performance tracking to maximize results.
  • Monitor digital trends, technologies, and best practices specific to each platform to optimize engagement and performance.
  • Ensure that Pertua's online presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the website remains visually relevant, fully functional, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage the TikTok Shop Seller Center by regularly updating product listings and promotions, and ensuring accurate inventory levels to maximize visibility and boost e-commerce sales.
  • Assist in TikTok Live sessions, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and content are secured and well-prepared for the success of each session.
  • Provide support in other areas, including Media Marketing, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website Design, and Social Media campaigns.
  • Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports analyzing performance across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the company website.

TRADITIONAL MARKETING & COLLABORATIONS:

  • Coordinate and participate in trade events to support brand awareness and explore business development opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of radio advertising campaigns, including coordination with media partners and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Support and manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships with marketing agencies and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to enhance brand visibility, credibility, and market reach.
  • Assist the Marketing Strategy and Communications Manager in aligning campaign strategies with overall business objectives and identifying areas requiring promotional focus.

COMMUNICATIONS:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received via digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), email, and other communication tools such as Viber.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of all customer and partner communications, including after-hours and weekend inquiries when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address concerns, gather information, and provide accurate and helpful responses to customers and partners.

MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Proficient in Social Media marketing, content creation, and e-commerce platform management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Skilled in photo and video editing with a collaborative, customer-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
