- Inbound BPO set up
- Receive, review, and process warranty claims from service and parts departments
- Ensure all warranty submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted on time
- Coordinate with mechanics/technicians for required diagnostic reports and photos
- Interpret warranty policies of different car brands or suppliers and ensure compliance
- Communicate with manufacturers or suppliers regarding claim status or disputes
- Monitor warranty claim progress and follow up on approvals, rejections, or payments
- Maintain organized records of all warranty documents, parts, and labor details
- Reconcile warranty parts returns and submit them within deadlines
- Provide customer assistance related to warranty terms, coverage, and status updates
- Can work onsite
- At least 6 months experience in BPO set up
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience with the same Line of Business
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive warranty processing or service coordination
- Familiarity with warranty claim systems and manufacturer protocols
- Good understanding of vehicle systems, parts, and technical terminology
- Strong administrative, documentation, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and dealership management software (if applicable)
