Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- Conduct tests and inspections to ensure product quality.
- Analyze data to identify trends and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Prepare reports and documentation for quality standards.
- Perform audits and assessments for compliance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, Inspector or related roles. Open to Fresh Graduate
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, knowledge of quality control processes, and proficiency in testing methodologies.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct quality inspections, develop test plans, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to manufacturing sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem solver, and effective communicator.
