HIRING Sales Support Officer

This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales process and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a basic understanding of medical insurance/HMO products and processes, wellness programs, and utilization management.

• Customer Support: Point of Contact for existing clients regarding medical/HMO services.
• Provide information on plan benefits, eligibility, enrollment, and availment procedures.
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and data entry
• Manage customer inquiries and provide product information
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
• Coordinate communications between sales and other departments
• Support lead generation and follow-up processes

• Sales Support for Financial Insurance, MUST have a background in HMO
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or support roles.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong sales strategy and management skills, key account management, and exceptional organizational abilities.
