Duties and Responsibilities

Inside Sales and Operations Support Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up sales leads for IT infrastructure and data center services
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales coordination via phone, email, and CRM
• Schedule client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations with Sales Engineers
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, BOQs, and service descriptions
• Gather and document client requirements for IT, network, cloud, and data center solutions
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client data, and deal status in the CRM
• Follow up on proposals, approvals, and contract progress
• Provide sales administrative support to help achieve revenue targets

Operations Support Responsibilities

• Encode and maintain sales, client, and project data in CRM and internal systems
• Prepare sales, operational, and management reports on a regular basis
• Coordinate with Finance for billing, invoicing, contract start dates, and collections support
• Track service provisioning, activation, and implementation milestones
• Maintain and organize documentation such as contracts, SLAs, NDAs, and service requests
• Assist in processing data center access requests, service orders, and change requests
• Support sales incentive tracking and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IT standards, and operational procedures
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, NOC, Finance, and HR teams

Job Requirements:

• At least 1–3 years of experience in:
• Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Operations Support
• IT infrastructure, data center, critical facilities solutions.
• Experience supporting technical sales teams or account managers is an advantage
