  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
  • Prepare surfaces, apply paint, and ensure quality finish.
  • Apply paint and protective coatings using various tools and techniques.
  • Ensure consistent quality of finishes and adherence to safety standards.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in industrial painting preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in paint application techniques, attention to detail, and safety awareness.
  • Working Conditions: Exposure to outdoor environments and paint fumes; use of protective gear is essential.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
