- Analyze production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design layouts and workflows for optimal performance.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure product standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles, programming skills in relevant languages, and proficiency in tool selection.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Analyze production processes, optimize workflow, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Working Conditions: Office and factory environments; may involve some fieldwork.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
