Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a similar role in plant operations
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines
- Monitor raw materials work-in-progress and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or surpluses.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding production schedules, delays or changes.
