Job Description
- Oversee HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair projects.
- Manage and train a team of technicians to ensure quality standards.

- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in HVAC or related field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in HVAC.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in HVAC systems, leadership, team management, and troubleshooting.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee HVAC installations, manage team performance, ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Work in varied environments, including commercial and residential sites.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
