Job Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy and Execution
- Deeply understand business requirements and develop targeted recruitment plans for core positions such as quantitative strategy researchers, blockchain development engineers, and traders, ensuring precise alignment with required skills (e.g., Python, C++, quantitative model development).
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, initial technical assessments (e.g., basic quantitative strategy case analysis), interview coordination, and background checks to enhance efficiency and quality.
2. Diversified Channel Development
- Maintain close collaboration with executive search firms to source scarce industry talent.
- Optimize online channels (e.g., BOSS Zhipin, Web3.Career) by leveraging industry keywords (e.g., “arbitrage strategy,” “market maker”) to boost candidate reach.
- Establish a campus recruitment system with top 985 universities (e.g., Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, Shanghai Jiao Tong) and build talent pipelines through internship programs (e.g., quantitative strategy competitions).
3. Compensation Negotiation and Talent Pool Management
- Design competitive compensation packages (base salary + token incentives) based on market data and company budget, and flexibly deploy equity to attract senior talent.
- Build and maintain a dynamic talent pool by tagging candidates’ skill sets, conducting regular follow-ups to nurture relationships, and shortening time-to-fill for urgent roles.
4. Compliance and Team Support
- Ensure recruiting processes comply with Chinese labor laws and crypto industry regulations (e.g., AML, data privacy), and perform candidate background screenings to mitigate compliance risks.
- Regularly analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., channel conversion rates, interview pass rates), report findings to management with optimization recommendations, and drive the digitalization of hiring workflows.
Job Requirements
1. Industry Knowledge and Professional Competence
- Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in the crypto or quantitative domain; familiar with quantitative strategy types (e.g., statistical arbitrage, CTA) and blockchain technology stacks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana).
- Basic data analysis skills to evaluate recruitment effectiveness (e.g., ROI analysis) using Python or Excel; solid understanding of core technical requirements (e.g., machine learning in quantitative trading).
2. Channel Expansion and Negotiation Skills
- Proven track record recruiting for million-yuan annual salary positions (e.g., quantitative fund managers); skilled at building candidate trust and persuading offer acceptance; well-versed in crypto industry compensation structures.
- Established relationships with university career centers (e.g., top-tier 985 schools) and headhunter networks, enabling rapid response to urgent hiring needs.
3. Team Collaboration and Compliance Awareness
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to collaborate with technical teams (e.g., CTO) to clarify hiring requirements and partner with legal to ensure compliance.
- Up-to-date on crypto regulatory developments (e.g., China’s latest virtual currency policies) to guarantee lawful, compliant recruitment activities.
