Description

  • Responsible for business development planning and talent needs in India, formulate and implement efficient recruitment strategies, and ensure timely and accurate talent supply for various positions.
  • Use its rich resources in the payment industry to search, screen and recommend qualified high-quality candidates through various online and offline channels.
  • Build relationships with local Web3 communities, industry associations, industry insiders such as KOLs, friendly companies, etc. in India, participate in various job fairs, technical seminars and other activities, and enhance the company's employer brand image and visibility in the Indian market.
  • Responsible for the full life cycle management of the recruitment process, from job posting, resume screening, interview arrangements to employment notifications, onboarding follow-up, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations, and ensure that all recruitment activities strictly comply with local legal requirements to avoid potential legal risks.

Requirements

- Have more than 3 years of recruitment experience in India, including at least 2 years of focus on Web3 industry recruitment, and exchange background is preferred.

- Have rich and high-quality local talent resources in the Web3 industry in India, and be able to quickly link industry talents to meet recruitment needs.

- Familiar with the Indian recruitment market and channels, and proficient in the use of various recruitment platforms, such as well-known local recruitment websites and social media platforms in India.

- Have excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate with local Indian candidates and partners without barriers.

- Have a deep understanding and strong interest in the Web3 industry, and be familiar with the basic concepts and development trends of the Web and exchanges.

- Have excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit and strong stress resistance, and be able to efficiently complete various recruitment tasks in a fast-paced working environment.
