Design and develop engaging, effective, and relevant training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, job aids, and e-learning modules.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps, performance deficiencies, and training requirements across different departments.
Source and evaluate external training programs, materials, and instructors when necessary.
Deliver a variety of training sessions, including new hire orientation, leadership development, compliance , and professional skills.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring an interactive and positive learning environment.
Schedule, coordinate, and communicate all training events, managing logistics such as venue booking and material preparation.
Develop and implement evaluation methods (e.g., surveys, tests, performance metrics) to assess the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
Provide regular reports and recommendations to management based on training effectiveness data.
Ensure all training programs comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory standards.
Stay current on training trends, best practices, and new technologies in the Learning & Development field.
