Will support the HR and Operations team in implementing training and development programs focused on workplace safety, compliance with government regulations, and employee orientation. The role includes assisting in organizing and facilitating orientations on mandatory government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and ECC), safety regulations, and company policies. The Training Assistant will help coordinate training schedules, maintain records, prepare training materials, and monitor employee participation to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees across all levels.
