Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and update database systems accordingly.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing documentation.
  • Help organize and participate in training and development programs.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years (Entry-level).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and a willingness to learn.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
