Requirements

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong recruitment skills, knowledge in training and development, and effective recruitment allocation.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Support recruitment processes, assist in training programs, and manage candidate allocation.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based environment, standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
