Description

We are looking for a Lean-Pro Talent HR Specialist to manage and optimize HR operations while ensuring compliance with both Philippine and U.S. labor regulations. This role focuses on driving efficiency in payroll management, policy development, and overall HR functions with accuracy and professionalism.


You’ll work closely with business leaders and employees, leveraging HR systems, tools, and payroll platforms to deliver seamless workforce solutions. This is an opportunity to contribute to a growing organization while supporting strategies that drive business growth and operational excellence.


Responsibilities:

  • Centralize Payroll Management – Streamline payroll processes across teams and locations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
  • Process Payroll for PH & U.S. Employees/Contractors – Prepare payroll, manage benefits, and ensure compliance with both local and U.S. regulations.
  • U.S. Labor & Payroll Compliance – Apply U.S.-based labor laws, tax rules, and contract requirements to maintain full compliance.
  • Draft & Manage Offer Letters and Contracts – Prepare, review, and issue offer letters, employment agreements, and contractor contracts.
  • Develop & Enhance HR Functions – Build, improve, and implement HR processes, systems, and workflows to support business scalability.
  • Create & Update Company Policies – Draft, update, and enforce employee handbooks, compliance guidelines, and HR-related policies aligned with company culture and client expectations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools 
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoom, Slack, and QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Familiarity with both U.S. and Philippine payroll systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
