Assist in recruitment processes (BPO Applicants), including job postings and candidate screening.
Lead Generation of BPO Applicants is a must (every applicant hired is equivalent to high commission bonus)
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Support in onboarding
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Help organize employee engagement and wellness initiatives.

Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a High/Senior High School diploma; higher education in Human Resources is a plus.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR, specifically in recruiting and talent acquisition.
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage recruitment processes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding.
